The struggle is real, y'all. As a person of color, we not only deal with the aggressions and micro-aggressions against us personally, but also the ones we face on our FB feeds/in the news/in the streets/etc.

Winter has set in, the injustices towards #tamirrice and #sandrabland are all to fresh, the world seems that much colder, making our self care that much more important. Join us for some real talk about our struggles and oppression in a supportive and safe(r) environment. We will discuss traditional healing & herbal allies to help us preserve ourselves and our spirit, as well as create self care plans to take with us.
