Our Stories Heal: A BIPOC Healing Circle

  • Agua y Sangre Healing Online Via Zoom (map)

A monthly healing circle for BIPOC, held online via zoom.

BIPOC - meaning this space is for those who self-identify as being Black, Indigenous, a Person of Color, Brown, API, mixed, biracial, and/or a person of the global majority.

In this circle we will be holding space for where we are in this moment, to share what is on our hearts, to witness and be witnessed, and to explore grounding exercises to help balance our nervous systems.

The flow:

While each group may vary, the general flow for our time together is:

  • to open the container with a grounding practice

  • share community agreements

  • introductions & heart-centered check in

  • closing the container together

We may also incorporate additional grounding practices, discussion, journaling prompts, and more.

Exchange: These healing circles are free and donations are welcomed to help honor the work that Michelle (and any other co-facilitators) put in to organize and hold the space. You can offer donations here or via venmo (@aguasangrehealing) or paypal (aguasangrehealing@gmail.com). Suggested scale is $5-$25.

Accessibility Info: This event will be hosted online via zoom. There will be live auto captions. Event will be hosted in English. If you have additional accessibility needs, please let us know when registering or email us at aguasangrehealing@gmail.com
