Small Seeds: a self-paced (and collective) journey that gets into the curiosities and wonderments of how to keep building collective healing and liberation
This course will be an invitation to wonder and imagine; to lean into the edges of big feelings, experiences, connection, and conflict; to build compassion and understanding for ourselves - all of which builds our capacity to do this for one another. And builds our capacity to heal in relationship to/with one another.

What You'll Receive:
Beginning Sunday, March 6th, you will receive four weekly emails from me that each contain:
journaling prompts
a guided meditation
ideas for regular practices to seed and nurture the futures we want for and with each other
a collective intuitive reading
and more!
Additionally -
You will have access to a virtual community (a la slack) where you can connect with myself and others in your cohort, share your curiosities, and ask questions.
There will be TWO optional live (via zoom) sessions to connect to one another and to honor the cyclical nature of this work. This event will be recorded for folks unable to attend live.

Accessibility Info:
Any recorded materials will have closed captioning and/or transcriptions available. The course will be entirely online and in English. Spanish translations could be made available with enough interest. I will plan to have auto-captions in English (at minimum) at the live event. Accessibility info will continue to be updated.
