Out of professional courtesy to your therapist, we require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
That said - life happens! In the event of things like emergency, illness, or inclement weather, or other events out of your control - please call us at 720-583-3614 so we can work it out.
** Late cancellations and missed appointments incur a charge of 50% of the full service price*. Your credit card on file will be charged accordingly **
If you choose to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will only be charged 15% of the full service price to cover our therapist costs.
* Repeat late cancellations and/or missed appointments are charged 100% of the full service price.
“Late Cancellations” are defined as any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergent reasons. Late Cancellations cannot be made online and must be made by calling 720-583-3614. Your credit card will be charged 50%* of the full service price when we hear from you. (With the exception of repeat late cancellations - see below).
○ Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergent reasons are charged $15 to cover therapist costs. Same day rescheduling, when available, will not be subject to a fee.
“Missed Appointments” are defined as appointments in which the client did not show up nor did they notify their therapist that they wouldn't be able to make the session. Missed sessions incur a fee of 50% of the full service price. (With the exception of repeat missed appointments and/or late cancellations - see below.)
○ We will make every attempt to reach you. Once we reach you and confirm that it was a missed appointment for non-emergent reasons, we will then charge your credit card on file. If we do not reach you by end of that same business day we will charge your card. In the event you were charged, but had missed the appointment due to emergent reasons, we will issue a refund immediately.
Repeat Late Cancellations and/or Missed Appointments
“Repeat Late Cancellations and/or Missed Appointments” is defined as more than two instances of a late cancellation and/or a missed appointment. At which time, that client will begin incurring charges of 100% of the full service price
